Bill Moore

Mr. Moore began his career in senior living in 1991, designing, supplying, and installing interior construction and finish components for assisted living and special care facilities in Washington and Oregon. Through the company he formed in 1993, Base Enterprises, Inc., he delivered services and products to more than 21 facilities. BEI continues today.

In 1996, Mr. Moore formed the investment and development group that became Northwest Senior Living Enterprises, LLC. As managing member, he identified and purchased properties, attracted investors and managed relations, focused the design and development of the projects, engaged city and state governments, and directed the management and operation of the facilities.

In 2002, the members of NWSL came together to form Round Lake Development Group, LLC. The Company participates in the consolidation of the assisted living industry by melding Mr. Moore's leadership, experience, and contacts with his assembly of industry experts to identify, purchase, and efficiently operate assisted living facilities.

In late 2000, Mr. Moore led a group of industry professionals which developed and implemented a $500,000 strategic plan to retain the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital's licensure and expand services offered its district. The hospital secured its license, integrated a senior services component as a revenue base, and recently won a district-wide election to collect tax revenue for the opening of a 24-hour emergency room. Mr. Moore's group also created a long-term development plan for its grounds, including a $50 million, 250 resident, 50,000 square foot medical/continuum-of-care campus.

Mr. Moore is also active in senior living internationally, providing consulting services to Japan, Costa Rica, and Canada. These services include general and specific financial planning, fundamentals of property location, introduction to necessary resident services, investor relations, and project evaluation. He is also leading an initiative called CareMetrics to enhance resident service and financial performance through technology.

Personal
After graduating from Yale University in 1985 (earning a BA in Economics and Political Science and seven varsity letters), Mr. Moore managed business units for Pepsi-Cola, LA and American Scientific Products in Albuquerque, New Mexico, setting records for sales in both positions. In 1989, he earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon, attending on an academic scholarship and making the Dean's list in each quarter (and coaching the intramural champion Men's MBA Softball Team). He resides in Bellevue, WA with his wife, Sarah, and three children and is active in the community as a sports coach.

Ernie Ankrim
Dr. Ankrim (a Ph.D. in economics) is the Chief Investment Strategist at the Frank Russell Company of Tacoma. He was previously head of the Economics Department at Pacific Lutheran University. Dr. Ankrim earned his BS in Economics from Willamette University in 1972 and his Ph.D. from Willamette in 1975. He resides in Tacoma, WA.

    David Moncrieff
Mr. Moncrieff owned and operated businesses in Alaska from 1976 to 2000 including Alaska Explosives Limited, Brooks Range Supply Inc. and Reclamation Inc. In addition, he operated a tug and barge company, which was based in Saipan and provided ocean towing services in the Western Pacific. A 1968 graduate of McGill University, Mr. Moncrieff presently resides in Costa Rica.

 
    Bob Moore
Mr. Moore is a retired international sales and marketing Vice-President of Weyerhaeuser Company. After retirement, he owned and operated a private manufacturing firm and was later the President of a Japanese import/export company. He is currently a consultant for an internet-based software company, and is Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Habitat for Humanity for Seattle and south King County. Mr. Moore received his BA from Stanford University in 1961 and his MBA from Stanford in 1964. He resides in Bellevue, WA.

    Bob Richards
Mr. Richards is the retired founder and CEO of the Commerce Bancorporation of Seattle, now owned by Zions Bancorporation. A former professor of Economics at Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA, he joined the National Bank of Alaska as an economist. Mr. Richards graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Economics in 1961 and earned his MBA from Stanford University in 1964. He resides in North Bend, WA.

    Bob Stevenson
Mr. Stevenson is the retired Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Esterline Technologies (NYSE). He earned a Stanford BA in 1961 and a Wharton MBA in 1963, and currently devotes a majority of his time to work with worldwide charities. He resides in Mercer Island, WA.

    Jon Tompkins
Mr. Tompkins is the retired Chairman of the Board and former CEO of KLA-Tencor, and is a member of the Board of Directors of KLA-Tencor, Credence Systems, Cymer, Logic Vision and Electro Scientific Industries. He earned his BSEE from the University of Washington and an MBA from Stanford University. He resides in Los Altos, CA.
